1. The Rural Municipality of Auvergne No. 76 offers for sale by Public Tender the below equipment.
2. A Tender must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Equipment Tender” Addressed to: RM of Auvergne No. 76, PO Box 60, Ponteix, SK S0N 1Z0 OR dropped off at: 112 1st Street East, Ponteix, SK.
3. Tenders must be received in the RM Office by October 18th at 4:00pm, 2026.
4. Highest, or any tender, not necessarily accepted.
5. Successful bidder will have 30 days to provide the balance of the bid to complete the purchase.
6. The equipment is sold on an "as is" basis.
